To assist us in fulfilling this commitment, we have established a Compliance Program. The Compliance Program has been created because RAI believes it is important to have an organization-wide program that focuses on business principles and standards of conduct, compliance with federal, state, and local laws, promotion of good corporate citizenship and prevention and detection of non-compliant activity.
